Businessman attacked with corrosive liquid in carjacking bid

KUALA LUMPUR: Businessman Winson Ng, who was splashed with corrosive liquid during a carjacking attempt, did not suspect anything amiss when he got a flat tyre near the Batu 9 Cheras toll plaza.

Ng, who was seriously injured in the 11pm incident on Monday, said two men had suddenly approached him.


Caught unaware: Ng did not suspect anything when he saw a hole in his tyre.
“One of them splashed the liquid on me and the other one got into my car.
